How much is each session?

Each 30 minute session with your dog is £35 with assistance or £300 for a block of 10 sessions (to be used within 6 months)

How long is each session?

Your dog will be in the water upto 20-25 minutes. Please respect our Hydrotherapists & their knowledge if we need to rest your dog on the ramp as remember a minute of swimming is worth a mile worth of exercise on land so it is a lot of work for them & sometimes they need time to breathe! We then allow time to post-shower and dry your dog off with either a towel or blaster within your session. Prolonged swimming can cause secondary drowning.

How does my dog get in and out of the pool?

Entry is assisted and we have a extra wide non-slip ramp for your dog to safely and comfortably enter & exit the pool

What happens in a session?

We welcome you and your dog into our centre & give your dog a pre-shower to wash off any debris (but please try to bring your dog to us in as clean condition as possible as it affects the water quality for other customers & takes time out of your session time to wash them down), we then use either a harness or a life jacket for your dog & assist them down our ramp into the water. Your dog will be in the water upto 20-25 minutes. Please respect our Hydrotherapists if we need to rest your dog on the ramp as remember a minute of swimming is worth a mile worth of exercise on land so it is a lot of work for them! We then allow time to post-shower and dry your dog off with either a towel or blaster within the session.

Can I bring more than one dog?

We recommend on your first visit to us to only bring one dog into the pool at one time, this is so we can make sure your dog is well adjusted to the water & gets the most out of the introduction to the pool. After your dog is happy it is at the Hydrotherapist’s discretion as to whether it is suitable to bring another of your dogs into the pool at the same time-we always want the best experience for you and your dog, sometimes one dog can wait on the ramp with you while we swim the other dog and then swap round which always works quite well. We charge £5 for an extra dog.

How big is your pool?

Our pool is a large 5 x 3 x 1.2 metre deep pool with a non-slip ramp entry & exit & an optional jet current system

How warm is your pool?

Our pool is a perfect temperature between 28-30 degrees for your dog

My dog is nervous or have behavioural issues, can they still come?

Yes, absolutely, our staff are trained and experienced in dealing with these issues day in day out. We also have a one way system so no two clients meet, please contact us to discuss further if you are still worried.
